1. Request the visit
Tell us which equipment needs servicing and pick a date. The request is registered as a work order and assigned to a technician.
2. On-site intervention
The technician works directly on the equipment, records the tasks carried out and attaches the readings taken during the visit.
3. Digital report
When the work order is completed you receive the report and can download the signed PDF from your customer area.
